Please note that we only deliver to locations within the United Kingdom.

We aim to deliver within 2-5 days depending where in the United Kingdom the customer lives and the delivery option selected. This can be extended to up to 21 days if goods require ordering from external suppliers. If an item is out of stock, we will inform the customer of a possible delay and give them the option to delay their order or cancel. No money will be taken from the customers credit card until it has been dispatched.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your products without giving a reason providing the goods are in a resaleable condition, you would however have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us (£15.00 per product or at your cost). If goods are faulty on delivery, we will collect the items free of charge and dispatch a new machine of the same spec.

If you have decided to cancel your order or wish to return your products to Nilfix, We will refund your credit card within 30 days of cancellation.
